I dropped off 2 new wedding dresses a few months back for consignment. I have never got a call to come pick them up when the store was closing. How do I get MY belongings back.
I came by twice this week during posted hours, and the door was locked. The phone number goes right to a “Sorry, we’re not in service” message. When you reach out via Facebook, it’s an automated reply saying the hours are 10 am - 4 pm. The Facebook page says this weekend is a Christmas in July sale event, but no one is even opening the store. Not sure what’s going on, but super disappointed.
I stopped in twice in a week- Tues and Thursday, at 4:40pm and 4:30pm, after work to try to find something I needed for the coming weekend, and wanting to support local. Both times the door is locked. I tried calling several times and no answer, I left a message Tuesday and no return call. Their Facebook page shows them posting every day and their hours of open til 5pm but they are not. What a waste of time and rude customer service to not even call back. And no sign on the door for closing early or anything. Very displeased... read more
Wonderful staff, great options and great prices
Excellent! Wonderful selection of clean, nice looking and fresh clothes, all priced well and so fun to look around. Definitely recommend! Very friendly staff!
