Great Italian restaurant in the Roanoke Valley Ragazzi's is a step above Olive Garden or Carrabbas. Very similar menus - but the quality is so much better. I love the atmosphere and the location. I have always had great service. The prices are very reasonable. The restaurant is kid-friendly. It's a great choice if you are looking for Italian cuisine.
Bad experience, bland food, and atroscious service I was very dissappointed by my visit to ragazzi italian resturant in roanoke, va. When i got there the waiter didnt even let me and my friend sit down before he started to get our drink order. We had not even had time to look and see what they offered. Then we sat there for ever waiting on the waiter to come back and take our order. When i see him seat another table and he ends up taking czre of them before is. eh The food was alright, the service not so great. Their mozzarella sticks are gigantic! The sauce on the baked ziti was kind of runny... wouldn't recommend.
Amazing The food was good, the service was ok. There was a huge selection and I liked that there were combo platters for those of us who can't decide on one item.
