NASTY!!!!!!
I called to make a payment plan a month ago. They told me that they were going to mail me the papers to sign and never did. Every time I’ve tried to call them back I would get hung up on. Nobody ever picks up even during their business.
Don't ever contact me again. Unprofessional, and hangs up on people. If you have a run in with them report them to the CFPB, BBB, AND file a grievance on the GA state bar website (lawyer's name is spelled Roy Reagin not ragan).
I see why the review and comments are what they are
If I could give them a zero I would extremely unprofessional rude and hung up on me twice after I corrected them. Not even sure how they practice law
