Unnecessarily rude. No compassion. My account PAID IN FULL and he was still rude to me. Dragging their feet on releasing my case. I hope he understands that life happens, no need to be rude.
I spoke to one of the rudest lawyers I’ve ever spoken to. I have lots of family and friends who are lawyers and have never experienced one that was so sour and unprofessional. He claims he has bad reviews because people are mad they have to pay their bills. I explained to him that my life had turned chaotic at the time. I had open heart surgery for complete heart failure, atrial fibrillation from Covid, and resulting ptsd from my stay at the icu twice plus sepsis. I would give more stars if I could. Cam is super nice and always Very helpful when I call (they all are). I don't feel like I have to be in defense mode and payment plan is super easy. You just have to pay it. We all have a story to why we are in debt. I knew at the time what I was doing but nothing mattered to me more than my mom. I also knew at some point I would have to own up to my obligations. I truly wished they had all my collections. They are a business to collect and not be a therapist to everyone's problems. I would give zero stars here. The worst customer service I have ever experience. Chip is unprofessional and rude. He felt the need to me “I guess I am not as sensitive as you” on an email. Why would an establishment feel the need that a communication like that is professional? Reading the reviews it seems like this is common.
