It is wild that any creditor would use this office. A payment plan was agreed on with this law firm and I was supposed to be sent a copy. Instead they filed a judgement with the courts knowing the amount was incorrect. When I tried to speak with the attorney he hung up on me because the call was being recorded. They will not work with you in the slightest. Very rude and very combative. Was laughing at me that this is a “you problem” and he won’t help me in the slightest. All I asked was for a small monthly payment reduction so I can renew my green card. He would rather a person get deported than reduce any payment amount. Companies and people that have him represent them should be ashamed.
If I could give Regan & Regan zero stars, I would. I had a very disappointing experience with this firm. They are currently garnishing 25% of my wages, which has created a significant financial burden. I contacted them in an effort to lower the garnishment amount or work out a more manageable payment arrangement, but they refused to offer any flexibility or assistance. Specifically regarding BEN. The man cant shut up long enough to hear the actual reason for the call. Legit cut me off every sentence. His comprehension skills are below par when emailing which prompted a phone call for clarity. Hardly able to get a word in. Maybe stick to working behind screen & have someone thats good with listening THEN responding answer your phones :)
