If I could give them a zero I would extremely unprofessional rude and hung up on me twice after I corrected them. Not even sure how they practice law
Not only was spoken to so rudely and treated like I was nothing. But also hung up on 3 times, answered to be on hold the line was picked up then hung up on again. When in reality I was trying to get information
Won’t work with you at all, would rather take a quarter of your paycheck even though you explained you’re literally barely surviving. Don’t care if they put you into financial ruin. Terrible people, and they don’t care. I hope their families never hit hard times and someone takes money that provides food and shelter for their kids because they sure don’t mind taking it from mine
There’s a problem when: -A debt collector will not answer the phone and speak with you. -A debt collector refuses to give you information or cooperate with you paying on your account. -A debt collector will not allow you to pay the full balance but insists on garnishing wages. -The debt collector literally speaks of not wanting to make it “easy” for one to pay their debt: again, full balance.
