Called them on a Monday morning. They sent someone out in 2 hours with great expertise. I had already dug up the tank but at the field line end. They informed me that we had 2 cracked lids and they should be replaced. They gave me a very affordable rate to have them made and I replace them. Great people as they deal with my septic and boarding my dogs when we go out of town. Great people in business and in person. Highly recommend if you want trustworthiness and integrity.

I am so thankful for Ragan Grading & Septic Tanks. Our septic tank lid fell in leaving a big hole in our yard. I called them and they came out the same day and gave us an estimate. Two days later as planned they returned and fixed the issue. They replaced the lids, plumbed the tank and smoothed out the area in the yard. The expedited service is greatly appreciated. Also, took the time to explain to us how to maintain our septic tank. Job well done!!!!

Called on a rainy Saturday afternoon with a backed up system. Showed up at my house 30 minutes later when other places told me it would be 2-5 days. Incredibly friendly and did a fantastic job. Would rate 10 stars if possible

Had A Weekend septic Emergency called they arrived less than 45 min took care of the Problem. Ken and his crew took excellent care of us a great value can't say enough good things about them! Needed emergency service on New Year's Day Ken and crew showed up early took excellent care of me again!
