Just moved in Jan this year into one of a group of 3 Townhouses in the Bayside of Melbourne. Had a couple of minor issues with Sliding Doors, a few broken roof tiles. I submitted a request to the maintenance dept and all issues were promptly attended. Friendly, respectful and very professional staff. It’s not so much about the problem in some cases, but how it’s fixed. Very happy by the service and response by the team at Raft.

Have had issues with our home which is 10 months old. Understand there can be issues with new builds. Unfortunately roger the owner of raft is not willing to assist. We have recently had leaks throughout. He wasn’t even will to assist in any way. His attitude at body corporate meetings has been nothing short of deplorable. A real shame.
We have bought a property from RAFT, the owner of the business is so unprofessional and dodgy. We have a number of plumbing issues, dealing with him was a nightmare. But we do love our home, all the builders are amazing. Also all their building suppliers are excellent. This is our second home bought and we’re really happy!
