We had a wonderful experience ordering a doctorate graduation cake from Rafi’s Pastry. Rafi was professional, patient, and attentive throughout the process. He carefully reviewed our design, discussed flavor options, and offered helpful suggestions. The final cake exceeded our expectations. I visited this bakery intending to place an order for a custom cake, but after my interaction with the front staff, I decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere. I had questions about a cake order, and instead of receiving helpful or courteous service, I was met with a VERY rude and dismissive attitude. Rafi's Bakery is a one of a kind place. With not 1 but 2 memorable visits, they really take care of you. We became fans watching Rafi, the owner, on Food Network's Holiday Baking Championship.
