Lacked knowledge and frequently unpreparred While a client of Rafik Kamell I experienced him to frequently lack knowledge even in those areas he claimed expertise in. He was often unprepared, which may have been because he was the only attorney at "The Kamell Group". I witnessed great turnover in personnel at his very small office, and this created additional problems. I found him to be unorganized. Because of these problems, and the abundance of attorneys, I would never recommend Rafik Kamell.
While a client, I found Rafik Kamell unprepared and lacking in knowledge. Mr. Kamell had difficulty answering fundamental client questions in legal matters he professed expertise in. He was very difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend him.
