I reached out to them looking for an employment lawyer to help with a retaliation case and spoke to an intake representative who told me, they do not work with on the spot wrongful termination following a medical reasonable accommodation request. They only work with cases that involve repeated offenses or complaints to HR and management. Weird, but that’s what I was told and I found that information disappointing as I was looking forward to working with Rafii and Associates.
