Went hoping for a relaxing experience, instead dealt with boiling hot indoor temperatures and a mediocre hair wash and blowout for $70… not a salon experience at all.

I went if for a hair color and cut. The cut was prefect however, after 4 days my natural color started to come through. When I called Rafi about this I was told it was my fault and that it was the shampoo I am using. I been using the same products over 10+ years and never had this issue. Rafi was very rude on the phone and refused a refund and did not want to work with me on getting the issue sold. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend them.
