RAFI es lo PEOR que nos pudo pasar definitivamente busca otro lugar te tendrán años esperando y lo más importante es que son TAN IRRESPONSABLES y mentirosos es una burla, faltan 3 días para que se cumplan las 4 semanas en las que nos prometieron enviar nuestros cheques hoy marcamos para preguntar si aún no había respuesta ahora nos dicen que siempre no por qué no han hecho su trabajo, que en 1 mes más y luego que? Otro mes más? Hasta que se les dé la gana bastante hemos esperado podría dar 0 estrellas pero no se puede.

Rafi is amazing. Nuff said. But I will say more, they are courteous, knowledgeable and very kind. I have never had a bad experience here. It's awesome you can do just about the whole process online or via text, as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone in my situation!

I wouldn't recommend them at all. The lawyer was great. They have horrible customer service they don't call back on time. You can leave messages and the messages aren't returned. Their office is in Phoenix you can't pick up your check in Tucson you have to wait 7-10 days to receive in the mail. They have an office in Tucson but only for signature of documents you can't pick up checks there. My case took a year to be finalized. Rafi law group is out to go place for car accident. I dealt with this office several times by dropping off paperwork. The staff is great they communicate well. I highly recommend them
