If I could give Rafi Law Group and their co-counsel ZERO stars, I would. After 3+ years of them handling my accident case, I ended up with an arbitration decision in favor of the defendant and currently $0. What makes this outcome so infuriating is the evidence I had. It has now been a full year since my accident, and unfortunately, my experience with Rafi Law Group has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication and updates regarding my case. Early on in my case, my attorney was switched, and I was never properly informed about the change. Throughout the year, I repeatedly called the office trying to get updates. Terrible experience with Rafi Law Group. Communication was almost nonexistent, and my case moved painfully slowly. It felt like they take on more cases than they can handle, leaving clients without proper follow-up. On top of that, their attorney fees are extremely high, and the client ends up with very little. I would not recommend them.
