Very unprofessional. Would not return. Our appointment was for 2pm for a 60 minute couples massage. We arrived 15 minutes early and sat in a dark room where no one said anything to us for 25 minutes. The ladies who worked there were whispering but not acknowledging us. Finally by 2:10, after we were sitting there wondering when our turn would be because our appointment was now running late, someone showed us to our room.
