Our experience here during a couple’s fertility check-up was extremely disappointing. At almost every step, the doctor insisted on scheduling a new visit with an additional consultation fee instead of simply sharing test results. Even when results could have been communicated directly, we were asked to return for another paid consultation, often followed by more tests and additional charges. I had an amazing experience with Dr.Sheila Loh and Nurse Chelsea at Raffles Fertility Centre. We came here to confirm our pregnancy and later had follow up visits with the doctor to check baby’s growth and do genetic anomaly assessment. She was always very gentle and explained everything to me and my husband. We are very lucky that we got her support during the early days and her good recommendation regarding the OB-Gyn.
