Waited for the doctor for more than 1.5 hours, it’s hard to believe an appointment had to be pre-booked in advance if the waiting time was this long. Apparently this issue has been a thing for many years and it seems the management has not done any measures to resolve this time management issue. It’s a disrespect for patient’s time. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this clinic if time is an issue.
I just wanna say that I am so happy with all my appts with Dr Thong. She’s calm, professional, thorough, and biggest point is she serves with constant SMILE. And i love that abt her. I wish her success and prosperity always! The frontline team is just as professional and thorough as well. They know that we tend to forget about requesting MC so they are one step ahead and ask you first. Their manners are very kind and friendly. Love the cleanliness of the clinic too.
Complete train wreck fr!!! Verrrrrrryyyyyyyyyyyy longgggggggg waiting times despite having an appointment set and confirmed longgggg ago. First appointment: 2 hour wait + they made a mistake on sample collection and called me to come back a few hours later as they needed to redo it (as if I haven’t already wasted enough time there) + then they still doubly charged me and my insurance, causing me to follow up with them constantly for a month to fix this….. I had jab on both arms when only 1 bloodtest was ordered. Nurse Belle was not experienced in drawing blood. Didnt poke into the correct vein, kept digging until the entire area swollen. Apparently she spent some time on my right arm, before i complained. Appointment booking was rigid. Could be better. I was placed (hidden) behind the curtains n could hear another doctor attending to different couples/patients throughout my ordeal. Place was neat n clean.
