I bought a gorgeous Casblanca ceiling fan several months ago from Raffles. The store owner couldn't have been nicer -- very knowledgeable, very pleasant, very professional. The new fan arrived in a timely manner. The fan runs beautifully and I have had no problems. I highly recommend Raffles.
