Ok nice view... but very low value for money... so expensive for mediocre service and drinks...the white wine they suggested as was super expensive and mediocre...we were waiting 30 minutes to be correctly seated inside (since outside was freezing!!!)
Amazing staff, stylish design, and a cozy Premier Room. The view was of a parking garage roof, so nothing special, but the bathroom was beautiful and the space overall was small but well-designed. The location was okay. I did have one downside: I ordered room service, and unfortunately, it was the toughest chicken I’ve ever had, quite disappointing.
11/10 hotel stay. One of the best hotels I've ever been in. Everything about it was fantastic. The lobbies & lounge areas are stunning. Having the check-in lobby on the 17th floor was so cool. Everything was clean and smelled great everywhere. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The room was incredible- great views of Back Bay, spacious enough for 2 people, and a very comfortable bed. Touch screens to turn on/off lights in the room & bathroom are glitchy but it made us laugh lol.
