The team at Raffles went out of their way to ensure a positive experience, and our butler, PJ, was consistently ahead of our needs in a really impressive way. I enjoyed the beautiful (and underused) pool & spa facilities, as well as the dining options in and around the hotel. The pillows on the bed were some of the most comfortable I've ever felt, and the room was great overall. I was totally happy with our experience and would gladly stay at Raffles again if I find myself in Boston.

The room was impeccably clean, luxurious, with modern amenities. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to key attractions but still peaceful. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the prompt service, reflected their commitment to quality. Highly recommend. A truly outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations!
Amazing service, beautiful rooms and spaces and the best little touches from the second I arrived through departure. Can’t wait to stay at a Raffles again.
