Overall the service was good and my grandmother is happy with her nails. But the lack of accessibility is why I’ve rated 2 stars. We were not told nor do pictures on google show the steps and lack of ramp in front of shop. When we got there we were told that the elevator was across the street in another building. I was unable to get into the building and get my nails done, if I had even wanted to because of the lack of accessibility. I have been shuffling nail spas until I came across Raffine! The staff is so friendly, manager always so delightful and offering refreshments. I thank everyone working there to make me feel welcome and give me beautiful toes
