I went here to get an oil change for my new-to-me Toyota Camry. The gentlemen were friendly. They offered me a ride to/from my job while they worked on my car. I walked since I work downtown. I received the call within an hour or two. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again.
As long as Lee works at this location, I will take my business elsewhere. A simple acknowledgement when someone walks through the door is a lot more important than finishing a personal phone call. I'm sure your lobby has cameras, check the time stamp for yourself and tell me this was acceptable. Hope those therapy sessions are working out.
