If I could give it zero stars I would. Incredibly unprofessional customer service. My mom has been a client of theirs for well over a decade. I called today to ask a simple question because I believe one of the sprinkler heads was not working and wanted a walk-through on how I could test the zone. I couldn’t even get my question out! Beware of this place. I’m not even going to write my experience because all you have to do is read the comments and read how this business replied to it’s customers.. it tells you all you need to know .. they are very combative and will cuss you out over the phone !!
