I contracted Raffiani's Automatic Sprinkler Service in 2017 to install my sprinkler system. God bless them, they worked so hard and installed a great system. I especially like that the sprinkler heads lie flush with the ground rather than stick up (which would make them vulnerable to damage from lawnmowers). Like clockwork, the team handles the winterizing and startup and back flow checks, pleasantly and efficiently. I'm sorry I hadn't done this sooner and am grateful to the Raffianis' excellent service throughout the years.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Incredibly unprofessional customer service. My mom has been a client of theirs for well over a decade. I called today to ask a simple question because I believe one of the sprinkler heads was not working and wanted a walk-through on how I could test the zone. I couldn’t even get my question out! I was repeatedly interrupted by one of the rudest men I have ever spoken to . He kept on saying I I’m sick of everyone calling me about their yellow grass. Beware of this place. I’m not even going to write my experience because all you have to do is read the comments and read how this business replied to it’s customers.. it tells you all you need to know .. they are very combative and will cuss you out over the phone !!
