Although I did like to have Dr.Raffi as my dentist. The policies at this office are quite perplexing. You have to have a phone number for the office to setup a dental appointment for you. You cannot be later than ten minutes or your appointment is canceled. Again it was nice to have Dr. Raffi as my dentist but need to find a dentist that will be able to work with my schedule.
Receptionist very rude! My account was closed and was not able to schedule anymore and after hearing the ladies reason why and denying doing a no show she still was very rude and refused to let me schedule!
I’m sorry but I just don’t get these places! Everyone wants to charge you differently and then when you ask how much it cost, they want to ask you what insurance you have! Are you serious! What a scam ! I just don’t get it anymore …
I had 4 implants and was very pleased with professional service. Attention given to me before during and after procedure. I am so fortunate to find a great doctor and staff. Would recommend!!
My Kids and myself have been going there for a very long time, and we love them so much!! They also do such a great job, love all of their happy smiling faces. Keep it up y’all!! 🥰
