Went in just to size and try on wedding bands, Pau was very helpful and didn't push any sales. Found a style I liked and she mentioned they may have some from last years stock at a lower price. The price was phenomenal for the exact same quality. Incredibly happy and Pau was a great help through the whole process. Was re-sized and ready for pickup less than a day later.

I felt really disappointed. I got a gift from one of my friend with a gift receipt of 30 days exchange policy. I visited the store within 30 days but they refused to exchange it by saying that its a silver and you should have come for exchange on the same day.
