Picked up a couple Hamilton watches from the Waterloo store and Shreena was extremely professional and helpful. She was quick to respond via text helping me decide with details a few days prior to purchasing.
I was looking at Tag watches most of this week, I called Raffi Conestoga and Taline answered the phone and as they say the rest is history. Her product knowledge was excellent, she had the watch I wanted and demonstrated the professionalism one would expect when spending 10k on a watch and I bought it over the phone!! Thank you Taline, I will be back! To the owner of Raffi’s…… it’s too bad you can’t “clone” Taline!
Great experience here. I’m from Waterloo but travel a lot for work, including back and forth to Prince Rupert, so I stop in when I can. Adam has sold me both my Polar and black dial Explorer II, and he’s always been great to deal with. Even after moving to the Montreal store, he still keeps in touch by email. Sometimes replies take a bit if he’s away, but he always gets back to me. Really appreciate the service and the relationship.
I had another great experience at Raffi Jewellers Waterloo, Shadaf is amazing and always helpful I would really recommend her if you are looking for any purchase or help great customer service overall.
