I had an incredible experience picking out an engagement ring here! A huge thank you to Taline, who was not only extremely knowledgeable and patient, but was a true confidant throughout the process. Could not do a simple battery change on a watch. Brought to a different jeweler and they were able to do it easily and told us the inside was damaged. We suspect Raffi opened the watch, broke it, and then gave it back to us claiming they could not open it. Edit: The watch was never tampered with before, and the other jeweler opened it easily without damaging it.
