Dealing with Raffi Jewellers in the Conestoga Mall was a real pleasure , store manager Taline and her staff are a great to deal with and will accommodate you anyway possible . I'm a watch guy and have many watches between Canada and the U.S . and by far will only deal with Raffi and Taline since my first experience with them ... thank you so much .

Over charged for taking links out of my watch and made too tight. Said I can go back anytime to adjust for free but conveniently, person who adjusts isn't ever there. Had to go to People's instead and spend extra money.
