Over charged for taking links out of my watch and made too tight. Said I can go back anytime to adjust for free but conveniently, person who adjusts isn't ever there. Had to go to People's instead and spend extra money.
Amazing service! I’ve bought jewelry at this Raffi location in the past and the quality and selection are top tier. On this occasion, it was Sunday and I was headed to a very important day with my daughter and was going to gift her a chain/necklace and bracelet I had as a child. Unfortunately I had not realized the clasps were broken until the last minute when I was boxing it. I called every jewelry repair shop in KW and nothing was open.
