I had a great experience at Raffi Jewelers in Conestoga Mall. The store has a beautiful selection of high-end watches and fine jewelry, and the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. They took the time to answer my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Ian was the biggest gem in the store. While there was a delay in getting our order, the customer service was excellent, and they were truly apologetic. Will be returning for future jewelry purchases.
