Dr. Mesrobian is a gem! One of the finest doctors I’ve ever encountered. His extensive knowledge, professionalism & bedside manner is unparalleled (we all know there are doctors out there you never want to see again in or out of the office). His staff was also helpful & welcoming. I came in nervous but he put me immediately at ease & takes his time with his patients. that a doctor should have such little respect for his patients and their time - he kept me waiting for 51 minutes but I see here it is a common practice of his, having regularly kept others waiting 90 minutes or more. That is unacceptable, I don't care how good a doctor he is or claims to be. Next!
He is one of the absolute Best ENT Doctors! I have seen him for years and am very grateful for his service and expertise. I have also referred friends and they are very satisfied! I would like to make mention here where I see a couple complaints re "time waited".WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE HIM, look at the OBVIOUS -he is not busy because he is a bad doctor or disrespectful!!! How is it ok to repeatedly make your patients wait for over an hour beyond their scheduled appointment time. I just don’t understand how a doctor and office can treat people like this.

We were very disappointed. Our appointment was for 4:15; the doctor did not see us until 6:00. When I told him how long we waited, there was no explanation or apology. Without looking at us, he said flippantly, "thank you for your patience". We felt that we did not matter to him or his staff.
My mom was here for an hour and 15 minutes waiting with 9 patients ahead of her. When she asked how much longer it'll be before she was seen, the only response she got was "you need to pay $55 before we take you back". Charming right? Well my mom goes to hand the receptionist her American Express card and they don't take American Express! The receptionist tells her if we don't pay cash we don't get seen today...... Um, bye!!
Experienced physician...much less pain than my other ENT ????? doctor.. Professional and personable.. I would recommend him highly! Steve
