I did not have a good experience this last appointment. Dr. Chillian just asks if I have any question but never explains anything to me. He’s been in a rush both times. This last visit I had a colposcopy done. First he says he’s only taking 2 tissues. Then as he proceeds with the procedure he then says he’s taking 4. I felt the hard twist and tuggle and pull of him trying to take the tissue out. After that doesn’t explain anything. They did not offer a pad knowing I was going to be bleeding. I've never in my life encountered any medical professional with almost 700 reviews and a 5 star rating. Not 4.7. Not even 4.9. But 5 . And the fact that my HMO insurance referred me to him, let's me know that Dr. Chalian being my surgeon, was fated. Considering the countless low value experiences I've had with HMO insurance, Dr. Chalian was truly a godsend. My surgery was highly invasive and I'm sure no easy feat.
