They play with humans life’s. They’re NOT PROFESSIONALS . My sister was schedule for surgery January 16th and Jennifer just called and left a voice message cancelling her surgery. And she also canceled my appt. today after waiting for 4 months on my appt. I called and request to speak with the doctor and they denied him and just said that I’ll received a letter. We complain about the calls , it’s hard to get in touch with them. But we both file a grievance with our insurance.
Dr. Chalian is One of the best Drs that I saw in my whole life, he listen to your problems and giving his advise, he is very good.
This is a review for the staff who answers the phone and not the doctor himself. I called and attempted to schedule an appointment as I have early stage cervical cancer and recently switched insurances; I've been researching reputable new doctors in the area. The receptionist outright asked if I'd been to regular obgyn for my issues instead. Why would I go to a regular obgyn when I clearly stated I need speciality care for cancer? After two gynecologists, fortunately and thankfully he was my third gynecologist who was the best and thank God Almighty that I found him. He is a professional, very kind and sweet person. You will not feel uncomfortable with him at all. He is not only a good gynecologist but also a good surgeon. He did my myomectomy surgery.
