I have attended Raffi Auto, I've dealt with Brandon. I had my bumper and tailgate fixed. Very professional, and work was done in a timely manner. Great prices compared to other places. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for bodywork. Support your local business.

I had my 2019 Honda Civic’s rear bumper repaired here. I was quoted $650, and I agreed to the price. However, on the day of delivery, I noticed that both ends of the bumper were not properly aligned with the body of the car. When I asked them to fix the issue, they requested an additional $500. I pointed out that the bumper appeared to be from a 2018 Civic, which is likely why it wasn’t fitting correctly. They then told me that installing the correct 2019 bumper would cost an extra $500. Raffi and Brandon are the real deal. I've had my van's back bumper fixed 3 times here as we keep backing it up into frozen snow banks (don't ask). Each and every time Raffi and team make it look brand new at a reasonable cost. He's honest and fair which is what we are all looking for. Look no further and stop by the shop, you wont be disappointed. Thanks again Raffi, as much as we appreciate you I'm hoping for this bumper we wont be back next year.
