I have been with Rafferty for well over 10 years. All was good until Hayden Jamieson took on my insurance needs Calls sent to voicemail on a Thursday afternoon. No response. I finally phone on Tuesday. Very casual about my insurance cover for my rented apartment. Failed to send my car insurance. When l phoned and asked the response was”Oh, they are supposed to send those out.” Who “ they are, l do not know. Obviously he has not even looked at my insurance policies at all. I switched to Rafferty when I got a new car. Mike was very helpful and made the process of getting new insurance easy. No wait times and help from an actual person. I will recommend Rafferty to anyone who needs new insurance
