The senior owner of this business is very pleasant to deal with; the father is customer oriented and usually ensures A+ quality work when he is the supervising contractor. Unfortunately, the same can not be said about the owner's son who did not oversee the job well. The workers forgot to do several tasks -replacing a door, painting two back doors, painting the correct paint color on the front, and power washing brick thoroughly, prior to painting. my name is jared Thompson I have read a review here and have to say the complete opposite about john rafferty (the owners son) he was very knolegable and very polite for his age he done everythink he had said and also restained an varnished are front door on his own regards so we recommended his to friends and family he had worked for some of them all that he did was very satisfied he also done several of my neighbors haven't heard many complaints like they say u cant please everybody some people just arnt pleased even if go... read more
