Not worth working for. Unprofessional Don’t understand how they have been in business as long as they have been. They are wanting to issue a joint check to our vendor for November invoices with out October payment in which those invoices where paid. Every excuse to delay payment

We worked on a project in Alamosa, Co with Rafferty Construction and they flat out refused to pay their bill. They currently owe us over $20,000 dollars and have ignored our attempts to collect it. This is a company that lacks integrity and should be put out of business. I attempted to contact the owner of the company this morning, and Jerry Rafferty blocked my email. This is a company that does work for the sandwich chain Jimmy John's, so you would think that would pay their subcontractors.

For being a GC they are very unprofessional and just flat out lazy. General Contractors are held to the utmost highest standard and for a company to lie and waste time of others is very disrespectful and belittling. A lot more to the story but just use your time wisely on a different more professional company that doesn't make false promises, Or use up your resources for there convenience.
