They both operate with a level of patience and understanding that is rare to find, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Overall, it was a sincere pleasure working with them. Not worth working for. Unprofessional Don’t understand how they have been in business as long as they have been. They are wanting to issue a joint check to our vendor for November invoices with out October payment in which those invoices where paid. Every excuse to delay payment

We worked on a project in Alamosa, Co with Rafferty Construction and they flat out refused to pay their bill. They currently owe us over $20,000 dollars and have ignored our attempts to collect it. This is a company that lacks integrity and should be put out of business. I attempted to contact the owner of the company this morning, and Jerry Rafferty blocked my email. This is a company that does work for the sandwich chain Jimmy John's, so you would think that would pay their subcontractors.
