I called the shop, explained my situation, and Neal (who I assume is the owner) immediately jumped in to help. He told me he had a frame already put together that might be a good match and asked me to come by. When I arrived, he was incredibly kind and helpful. Not only did he fix the problem quickly, but the frame he suggested actually looked better than the original. I can't say enough about my experience at Raffensberger -- all of it good. My only regret is that I did not take a "before" picture of yhe framed artwork so that you could tell how it used to look vs how it looks now. I almost didn't recognize the picture! Expertise and an artistic eye are worth the cost. Will be back.

I made an appointment here to get my Canadian passport photos done and they were accepted by Immigration Canada the first time around. Neal was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. Would recommend for any Canadians looking to get photos done.

I got my children’s Canadian citizenship photos and Canadian passport photos done at Raffensberger Photography and Framing. Neal was great with the kids and captured the perfect photos quickly. The photos were accepted by Immigration Canada the first time round, so that is a BIG WIN because they are picky. Thanks Neal! Will return to this lovely shop again in the future.
