RecommendedNot only is Raffaldini a beautiful atmosphere that makes you feel like you are in Tuscany, but the customer service is extraordinary. Due to a slight miscommunication about a free event way back in February, the Event Coordinator, Ashley, promised me a free tasting. Fast forward to yesterday and I asked to speak to her to say hello, and she remembered exactly who I was! She not only gave us ALL of our flights for free, but also comped our $28 bottle of wine!
