Always has time for you! Dr Betza is great listener and answers my questions in details I can understand.
I love the staff and I love Dr B. This is a caring group of people and from my experience in Union, the sister clinic to the Elgin clinic, they are also. This is by far one of the most enjoyable medical clinics that I look forward to when I have an appointment.
My visit was GREAT! SHE LISTENED, SHE WATCHED, TOOK MY INFORMATION & GOT ME ON THE RIGHT MEDICATION! IT'S ONLY BEEN A FEW DAYS, BUT I DEFINITELY CAN FEEL & SEE THE IMPROVEMENT! (My boyfriend has left for 2 weeks. I pray I stay this way when he returns......If not...he maybe going for another 2 weeks) Thank You Dr.Betza
