Our disabled daughter has a very rare terminal illness and upon calling for an Epi-pen refill (we're extremely polite as always), unfortunately encountered a Mizz "Stacy", (a secretary) who was extremely unprofessional, nasty, and apparently an uneducated, arrogant old woman. She literally treated us as if we were less than dirt. She's way too old to still have the excuse of being a typical Staten Island Italian Daddy's girl little princess. Very attentive physician and she will always listen to you. She takes the time to explain any of the tests and results. She is also wonderful with my son. Any school paperwork is always ready in a couple of days and always super accommodating if the school needs more info. The office is clean and she takes every possible precaution to make sure people don’t get sick with anything that maybe going around. A few times I had to wait 10 minutes after my appt time for her to come in to see me, but I say that is not bad. They don’... read more
