Very carimlng knowledgeable and thoughtful
Dr. Raff is a perfectly nice and competent doctor. His office staff are the rudest and most incompetent idiots I've ever had the misfortune of having to deal with. They make you wait forever. They give you the wrong information. They don't follow up on anything. You get a different answer from every person you talk to. They are completely and totally worthless. This review is for Dr. Raff's Springfield office. Somehow they can't even manage to get the correct office listings to show up in Google correctly. Go some place else... read more
