Absolute pedestrian mayhem at Olde Town and Chinguacousy. One side of the sidewalk is shut down for repairs (understandable) but the button for the pedestrian cross on the usable side is FAR from the sidewalk behind yellow caution tape. You also cannot see the stop/walk light as it is turned inward. How are pedestrians supposed to safely cross at this busy intersection?
