This guy is extremely unprofessional. Def dont ask him to justify his ridiculous pricing of homes. Was going to put an offer to purchase 609 N Osceola Ave Clearwater but this clown insults my agent and myself by telling us to walk away and not to waste his time. Didn’t even talk numbers. Just asked to justify his asking price. Extremely extremely defensive and rude. Find a different agent to represent you. Good grief.
