Juan from Rafael’s Pool Service came within a few hours of my call. Vanessa and Marjorie in the office are phenomenal. Juan worked so hard in the heat, fixing my filter and adding chemicals, and vacuuming my poolMy pool was sparkling and you can’t beat the reasonable price. Will be using them from now on
Rafael’s Pool Service was amazing. The team was professional, on time, and really knew what they were doing. My pool looks brand new and the water has never been clearer. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service I received. No warranty. Will not return to help you even after you paid him. I do not recommend calling him.
Terrible, irresponsible business practices. Hired Rafael to change my pool liner and then closed the pool for the season. Upon re-opening the pool this June, we discovered all of the water was lost - the pool was fully empty - due to improper sealing by Rafael. The entire seal / tape had come off entirely - was flapping around upon re-opening. I called Rafael who promised to fixed it “next week, on Wednesday”.
