The process started well. Consultation was effective. Paid the 50% deposit to book installation for approx 6 wks later. Installation was promised to be completed in 3 days. First day if install- guys were 2 hrs later than scheduled. However, work was done in 3 days. Since then have had several issues: dust embedded into appliances, cabinets literally falling off, trim falling off, misalignment issues of the dishwasher: glue on marble tile that cannot be removed without hiring a tile polisher.
