“Beware! Working with Rafael and his son has been an absolute nightmare. After paying in full for my custom cabinets drawings, I was promised detailed drawings of the design. Not only did they fail to deliver the drawings, but they also became completely unresponsive after receiving my payment. I have repeatedly reached out, only to be met with excuses or, worse, complete silence.
