Wasted month of my time at the end of the year as I try to get into a doctor to get tests done. Set up an appt, weeks later get a call the "call center" didnt set it at the right time and asked me to reschedule a few weeks out, end of December. Weeks go by and now they call and cancel all together claiming they no longer accept my major insurance...which seems like BS since plans dont change until a new year. Wasted my time and now it's mid November and i dont have a doctor.
Dr Valasquez Rafael is the most kind and honest doctor I ever met. He is knowledgeable as well. Everybody in that office is nice and helpful just like the doctor!! Thank you to all of you!!
