My partner and I have been here since 2017 and love living here so much. Jimi, Rodger, Miguel, Maurice and Alex are lovely people and whatever small issues we’ve had have always been resolved almost before I knew there was a problem. It’s fun being downtown amongst all the restaurants and above the farmer’s market, with the train just a couple blocks away.

Maintenance requests are handled promptly and cheerfully. So nice to see.
