The doctors are great the office staff is a different story. They are all meh when they greet you. The worst thing of all is they NEVER answer their phones. You leave messages and if you miss their call back the next day it’s a game of telephone tag. If it wasn’t for the fact that I like the doctors so much I would go somewhere else.
Doc Martinez Is the real deal he listens and he cares, Never puts himself on a pedestal above the patient, Being older now I see many different doctors There are just so many That are there to give you a blanket diagnosis, Doc Listens to what I have to say and my questions are usually very particular and And studied he never fake listens He shows carrying a compassion and obviously. Sleep apnea is an epidemic he still finds the time, Thanks doc.
Super frustrating to CALL to get an appointment or anything else. NO ONE EVER ANSWERS OR RETURN YOUR CALL. NOT FOR APPOINTMENTS Nor REFILL MEDICATIONS. NOTHING IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS
Dr Martinez is a wonderful Dr you will ever want to meet.He cares about you more than yourself. The best pulmonarist you will want to meet.
Dr. Martinez, P.A. and his staff are amazing. They truly listen to you and your concerns and they do it while still having a great bedside manner.
