My husband and I have both used Dr Figueroa and are extremely pleased.
I am 47 years old, and extremely fortunate that I have never needed a medical procedure. As such, I was very nervous to have my first colonoscopy... But, Dr. Figueroa - as well as the staff at Parkland Health Center - made me feel comfortable, explained every step of the process, and treated me with compassion. I can't recommend them enough!
Dr. Figueroa was the surgeon who performed my first colonoscopy back in 2015 when we first moved to the area....he was thorough, succinct and polite and makes all his patients feel so comfortable...my colonoscopy was seamless as far as I know but that was my first one and when I am required to schedule another one it will b with him because of his GREAT reputation and easy going calming oersonality
Dr. Figueroa is for sure the best doctor in the area when it comes to colon cancer family history / colonoscopies. He is very knowledgeable, patient with questions, and prompt with answers and giving you peace of mind! I would highly recommend him over and over again!
