He has an amazing nursing staff but that's not enough. In two appointments he was a combined 1.5 hours late. The nurse did 99% of the appointment independent, I saw him for about 30 seconds. Left after he was an hour late to the 2nd appointment. They also sent in the wrong supplies so I didn't get correct wound care products sent home. Dr. La Cruz was not accessible in the my chart app or phone, he's letting nurses run his clinic.
I worked with him for about 3 months and only met him once. Prescribed some new bow grade antibiotic.And when it didn't work he said go find someone else. I've since moved on to a different infectious disease.Doctor and she's on it and everything is basically taken care of now after less than a month.
Dr De La Cruz was a very pleasant and thoughtful doctor. I appreciate all his help.
Staff and nurse were very professional, friendly and attentive. I was seen quickly. The office and waiting area were immaculate. Dr. De La Cruz was also very professional and took time to listen to all my concerns, my history, and answer my questions thoroughly. I felt heard. Dr. De La Cruz explained the course of treatment in detail. I felt important as a patient. Very pleased with my visit.
