My father stayed here for a few weeks, following hip surgery. Pleasant environment. Physical Therapy Dept is excellent. Nurses and aides are terrific. Not enough attendants in the dining room to help patients eat. Too many of them never even touched their plates.

My husband spent 10 days at the Rafael. I thought the care was pretty good. One item needed for those that bring a phone, lap top or tablet there is not enough plugs for charging that are convenient to the bed. Food was good but for those short timers like us the meal time schedule was horrible. Meals were all too close together. Dinner at 4:30 p.m. was way to early. Physical therapy was excellent.
