Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. My husband was scheduled for a colonoscopy and followed all prep instructions, including drinking the full prep solution the day of the procedure. Only after he had completed the prep, the office called to inform him they were not in network with our insurance and canceled the procedure. My introduction to this group was through a patient portal that was full of glitches. Dr. Urbina is professional but seems cold and rushes through visits. His procedure scheduler is just as hurried. They did not explain what to expect, which led to me calling my pharmacy daily about the colon prep. Good luck getting through to the scheduling staff; I found that the only way to reach someone is by selecting appointment scheduling each time.
