Dr Penunuri is wonderful! Attention to detail, listens and is a marvelous diagnostician. That said, his office staff, manager are Horrendous! After 14 years, I just could not justify going there any longer. The manager is rude, petty and not interested in client services.

The office is horrible!! Never returns my calls impossible to work with. I have to drive there and show up to schedule an appointment. I am switching to a new doctor I am beyond fed up.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.This doctor P is a monster> he has minumal training and is a horrible human. more lkie an alien
