Been waiting months for results. Received none after doing expensive labs and procedures. The staff have no customer service skills, are rude. The same horrible experience for my husband too.
I wish I could select ZERO stars. If you're a woman looking for a fertility clinic, I would not recommend this place at all. I've had several labs and procedures spending money out of pocket and I haven't received the results of any of them. When I called and requested a copy of my results, they said they don't have any. Procedures that occurred months ago. What I paid for I never received! NEVER. After following up with their Jacksonville office several times to rectify this situation, I was given the runaround. I have been trying to call this office for the last three days. About 5 times a day. I get aggravated and give up after being on hold for 10+ minutes. Don't bother, you will be on hold until you die trying to reach someone here.
