Do not trust them they are crooked and will not take responsibility of their own errors. I took my truck up there for oil pump change they did not put the oil coolant line incorrectly and then turn have a frozen up truck that will not run and turn over it's going to cost me $3,500 to repair it don't be stupid like I was and trust Tim he's the owner. Especially to a veteran who put his life on the line for this country on veteran's day this is a respect I got!

For all of his honesty, Tim has gotten sloppy in his employee integrity. Instead he makes excuses for them. I originally took a PT Cruiser that had a simple problem, replaced a cam-shaft position sensor and he charged a reasonable price. Later I took a Buick that I told them needed a harmonic balancer, that was done ok. Later sent my daughter to him with A/C replacement in a Caliber, I told them to use new orifice, dryer and compressor. Less than 2-weeks it was back in for loss of freon. Excellent service and quality repair work! I have never had a problem with any work Rae's does. I recommend Rae's!
