My initial impression of Rae's was great. George was very personable and seemed knowledgable of diamonds. After talking with him (9/7/12), I decided to have him do a custom engagement ring. He told me it would take about 4 weeks to complete. I walked out of the store feeling confident that George was going to do a really nice job on the ring. Four weeks later (10/6/12), no call.
