This was my very first visit with Dr. Olsen, and wow—what an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, Dr. Olsen and her amazing team went above and beyond. She truly listened to every concern I had and broke everything down in such a clear, reassuring way. If you want a gastroenterologist who combines top-notch expertise with genuine compassion, look no further—Dr. Olsen and her fantastic staff are simply outstanding!
Dr. Olsen is a very professional and caring physician. She asks pertinent questions that helps her identify patient problems and needs: she does not talk down but listens: and she knows what is in the patient chart even if she has not seen you for a year or so: she has great educational skills. Dr Olson is one in a million.
Dr. Olsen asked the assessment questions and listens. She does not let you self diagnose which so good. She then provides her assessment and gives you a plan. She is excellent.
Dr. Olsen was thorough, knowledgeable about what insurance covers, informative about what was wrong, had solutions that worked for me and I left so happy I called friends to refer them to Dr Olsen
