Please is nice store but STOP don’t try to send the customer to Sue alterations she is rude expensive and she only wants cash!!Because the experience in your store is very confortable we think is the same in Sue’s but not is horrible the dress cost me $180 and I paid in Sue’s $189 more than the cost of the dress sad sad situation!!
Only 2 stars because my daughter found a dress she liked. (Not a prom dress we were looking for). I actually came into this location with both of my daughters looking for prom dresses. It would seem that we must not have been the clientele they wanted, because beyond a simple greeting we got no assistance. To top it off, the card swipe machine pandering for tips, seems very unprofessional and offputting as it puts everyone on the spot. Very impersonal, stiff, and cold personalities.
