WORST COMPANY to work with. They are unresponsive and evasive, we had some violations that they said they would correct for us and attend the hearings for, but few weeks after I receive notice that the violations defaulted. They did not attend the hearings for us and after the day they corrected the violations on our property that was due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE, we had no follow up from them whatsoever. Extremely unprofessional. Jose from RAEL Fire came to my building to put up a lock box that belonged to another property. When I asked why he was attaching it to our gate, he became hostile, told me I had a bad attitude, and even accused me of stereotyping him. As a woman of color, that accusation was offensive and completely unfounded. The issue was simple: our gate is not the place for another building’s lock box. Witnessed someone in a Nissan car covered in RAEL logos, blow through a red light on Kissena Blvd in Queens, nearly running over pedestrians in the rain, just to enter an apartment building complex. Reckless driving with no regard for other peoples safety.
