I do not recommend anyone deal with Vickley Raeford. She fraudulently disputed a payment for a service we provided on her home, erroneously received a refund and refused to pay it back after agreeing to. At first she was nice saying it was an error and she did not mean to do that. Only to find out that was a lie. She told us for 3 days she did not get the refund (another lie) and she would call the bank to rectify the problem since it was an error.
